We have an excellent opportunity for a reliable, self-motivated individual who thrives in a team environment to join our expanding Environmental Democracy team in Brussels as Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator will be an integral part of the Environmental Democracy Programme – in particular ClientEarth and Justice & Environment’s joint project Education and Awareness Raising of Legal Professionals on Access to Justice (‘EARL A2J’) funded by the European Commission. She/he will be acting as first point of contact for external partners, provide project administration and management support, assist with funding applications and reporting as well as conduct research as needed.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, efficient and able to handle a number of competing priorities, with excellent written and verbal skills in English and French. You will need a professional and friendly manner and be able to establish good working relationships within the team, and with colleagues throughout the organisation. You will be committed to environmental issues.

Location

This position will be based in our Brussels office and might involve some occasional travel within the EU and in particular to France.

Salary

The salary for this role is  €2.700 gross per month.
